The Kaz Tinou Residence is located near Raisins Clairs beach (less than 1km) and 2 minutes from Downtown.
There are three very nice bungalows (2 to 4 beds per bungalow) :
the “Gosier” Islet, the “Caret” Islet and the “Blanc” Islet.
You have the opportunity to receive friends and family under a typical wooden shelter near the swimming pool and equipped with a barbecue which will allow you to meet for evenings, and in the middle of greenery and tropical flowers.
At your arrival at the lodge Allô Sé Ann, Carole and Pascal Sotty welcome you with a first drink.
It will be an opportunity for them to present you all the “islands” of Guadeloupe, to tell you about the people here and give you some advices, if you wish.
By the way, a quick inventory will be made with you.
For your comfort, your first « ti déj » (typical breakfast) is offered, and a welcome cocktail is organized with the other residents.
If you have babies or small children, we have the necessary equipment to make it right.
In your bungalow :
An « American » kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas cooker, coffee maker, as well as all kitchen equipment.
A sofa « clic-clac » or pull-out beds, small furniture and television (Canal Satellite Antilles)
An air-conditioned bedroom, with a double bed with bedside tables and storage cupboard,
A large bathroom, composed by a washbowl basin, big mirror, shower, TOILET and accessories,
Bed linen, towels and household linen provided and changed every 8 days.
A washing machine is also at your disposal
Outside, a gallery will allow you to have your meals or to relax in front of the swimming pool in the middle of the tropical flowers.
ADSL (WiFi) access everywhere in the Residence.
Outside the grounds, parking are reserved for residents.
